DGX Spark GB10 SROOT Firmware Arbitrary Memory Read (DoS)
CVE-2025-33192 Published on November 25, 2025
NVIDIA DGX Spark GB10 contains a vulnerability in SROOT firmware, where an attacker could cause an arbitrary memory read. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to denial of service.
Vulnerability Analysis
CVE-2025-33192 is exploitable with local system access, and does not require authorization privileges or user interaction. This vulnerability is considered to have a low attack complexity. The potential impact of an exploit of this vulnerability is considered to have a small impact on confidentiality, a small impact on integrity, and a small impact on availability.
Weakness Type
Unchecked Return Value to NULL Pointer Dereference
The product does not check for an error after calling a function that can return with a NULL pointer if the function fails, which leads to a resultant NULL pointer dereference. While unchecked return value weaknesses are not limited to returns of NULL pointers (see the examples in CWE-252), functions often return NULL to indicate an error status. When this error condition is not checked, a NULL pointer dereference can occur.
