Vulnerability in the Oracle Utilities Framework product of Oracle Utilities Applications (component: System Wide). Supported versions that are affected are 2.2.0.0.0, 4.2.0.2.0, 4.2.0.3.0, 4.3.0.1.0 - 4.3.0.6.0, 4.4.0.0.0 and 4.4.0.2.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Utilities Framework. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Utilities Framework accessible data as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Utilities Framework accessible data.
